Frank Levy shares a construction update on Connolly Lofts.
Connolly Lofts is a 57-unit 4-Story, wood framed apartment facility currently under construction at the NE corner of MLK & SE 6th in the Market District of Des Moines. The foundation, under slab MEP, CMU stair/elevator shafts, and slab on grade were completed over the winter and early spring. The wood structure will arrive in late June and be set through the summer months. Occupancy is slated for early Summer of 2021.
